  • 1/2 tsp chili powder (optional)
  • 1 can (14 oz) coconut milk
  • 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp oil (for browning)
