  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 lb thick-cut Turkey  Bacon
  • 12 slider buns
  • Optional: brie cheese slices, arugula or baby spinach

Instructions

  1. Cut chicken into slider-sized pieces and marinate in olive oil and spices for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Cook chicken in a skillet over medium-high heat until fully cooked (165°F).
  3. In a saucepan, combine maple syrup, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and simmer until thickened.
  4. Cook Turkey  Bacon until crispy and crumble or cut into pieces.
  5. Assemble sliders by placing cooked chicken on buns with maple glaze, topping with turkey bacon and optional ingredients.
