  • 7 ounces vegan marshmallow crème

  • 1 1/4 cups sugar (for white chocolate layer)
  • 6 Tbsp butter
  • 6 Tbsp heavy cream
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup vegan marshmallow crème
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. For the butterscotch layer, combine sugar, butter, and cream in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir until melted and bring to a boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and mix in butterscotch chips, vegan marshmallow crème, and vanilla. Spread into a parchment-lined pan and freeze.
  2. For the white chocolate layer, repeat the process using sugar, butter, cream, and white chocolate chips. Spread over the set butterscotch layer.
  3. Chill for 2-3 hours until firm. Slice into squares before serving.
