  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners or grease it well.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix melted butter, granulated sugar, honey, milk, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined; avoid overmixing.
  5. In a small bowl, combine chopped walnuts, pistachios, almonds, cinnamon, and cloves. Gently fold this mixture into the batter.
  6. Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about two-thirds full.
  7. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
