  • 10 figs, halved
  • 10 oz seedless grapes
  • 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2½ tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 block Greek feta cheese (in brine)
  • Fresh thyme for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. On a baking sheet, combine figs and grapes with balsamic vinegar, 2 tablespoons olive oil, and half the honey. Bake for 8 minutes.
  3. Add feta to the center of the sheet. Drizzle with remaining olive oil and honey, sprinkle with Aleppo pepper, and arrange thyme around feta.
  4. Bake for an additional 15 minutes until fruits are jammy.
  5. Broil feta for 3-5 minutes until golden.
  6. Serve warm with toasted baguette slices.
